Dr. Bill Hennessy and his wife, Marie, began both their married lives and their ministry in 1981. Bill is an ordained pastor, missionary, coach, podcaster and non-profit leader. With over 10 years of coaching experience.
Thousands of conversations with other believers over the last four plus decades (and his own experiences) led Bill to help older Americans face retirement head-on instead of just “letting it happen.” Now Bill stands out as a “retirement purpose expert,” teaching his “Focus Framework” that helps Christians “dance with the chaos until order appears!” He wrote his latest book: Purposeful Retirement: Making the Next Season of Life Your Best (hyperlink to where we list the book on the website) in 2025.
Bill and Marie raised their four grown children in Washington, Idaho, Missouri, Nigeria, West Africa and Cape Town, South Africa. They live quite close to their six grandchildren in Springfield, Missouri, where Bill serves as the Lead Pastor of Life360 All Nations, an international church and as the President of the All Nations Welcome Center, a non-profit serving refugees and internationals.
